Storage and Sourcing of Raw Material
We believe that the best products can be manufactured only from the best raw material. So, we ensure to source our raw material from international premium quality material providers. Once imported, the material is subjected to testing and quality checking to make sure it meets our high standards of quality. Another crucial step is the storage of the raw material as some of these materials are sensitive and need to paid special attention according to ISO standards to ensure their safety and hygiene.

Designing of The Product

After finalizing the theoretical blueprint with our R&D team, we continue to design it using 3D modeling and CAD/CAM.
Production Procedure

Product Finishing
We ensure the best hygiene levels as well as a texture by finishing the products intensively using surface treatments like polishing, laser marking, and anodizing. Firstly, the products are finished to remove impurities and then polished to make it shine. Then comes the anodizing phase in which it is coated with a metal to prevent corrosion and rust and enhance its durability. Laser marking is used to inscribe information on the implant so that you know that you have received a genuine product.
